There are 6 drills on this lesson. The first one: Just do strike then defend.
The second one: Do strike then defend 2 times in one side
The third one : your sparring partner will strike opposite and you block with your left hand
The fourth one: same moves as number 3 but you block with your left forearm
The fifth one: your sparring partner will parry your stick and your block with your hand
The sixth one: same moves as number 5 but you block with your forearm
* Do this drill with no foot movements at first, then do it moving forward and backwards.......
