This is a drill that will enhance your reflex speed and continuity of movements. Thera are 4 strikes per side. Four on your left side and Four on your right side. The first strike is always an upper strike, followed by a lower strike, then strike on the opposite side/across and the 4th strike is after you parry.
You can start with doing it one strike at a time, then doing the continuity by going back to a defensive position after every strike.
A defensive position is when your stick is in a vertical position and your left hand or bare hand is behind the stick....
Start with proper forms first and slowly build up speed.......
